"“So many people live within unhappy circumstances and yet will not take the initiative to change their situation because they are conditioned to a life of security, conformity, and conservatism, all of which may appear to give one peace of mind, but in reality nothing is more dangerous to the adventurous spirit within a woman than a secure future. The very basic core of a woman’s living spirit is her passion for adventure. The joy of life comes from our encounters with new experiences, and hence there is no greater joy than to have an endlessly changing horizon, for each day to have a new and different sun.”
-Christopher McCandless"

Questions and Answers

Have patience with everything unresolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves. Don’t search for the answers, which could not be given to you now, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now. Perhaps then, someday far in the future, you will gradually, without even noticing it, live your way into the answer.

Everyday is a learning process….

“Tolerance is the vision that enables on to see things from another viewpoint. It is the generosity that concedes to others the right to their own opinion and own peculiarities. It is the bigness that enables us to let people be happy in their own way instead of our way”.

"I believe that suffering is part of the narrative, and that nothing really good gets built when everything’s easy. I believe that loss and emptiness and confusion often give way to new fullness and wisdom."

Happy Feet

Different people have different dreams, and my dream may sound kind of silly to some people, but I had always dreamed of seeing penguins. Living in a tropical country wouldn’t be easy to fulfill this childhood dream.

But it’s never too late to re-live your dreams!

I hope I can slow down long enough to really enjoy the beauty that I see when I look at these creatures. I enjoyed this so much, I just had to share.

Thank you, Jacob for coming with me!

It is the simple things in life that make us happy

I guess you don’t have to live in South America or Antarctica to fulfill your “penguin’ dream.

Finally, a dream come true.

"And once the storm is over, you won’t remember how you made it through, how you managed to survive. You won’t even be sure, whether the storm is really over. But one thing is certain. When you come out of the storm, you won’t be the same person who walked in. That’s what this storm’s all about."
